The fantastic five

The LandingIll winds befall his voyage downward. His parachute flaps and is pulled by a rush of wind too fast for him to control. The currents pull the parachute upward and downward, left and right, forward and back and all around until he has no idea which direction he originally intended to fly. This was not the way it was supposed to be. The day was clear just earlier that morning. He remembered leaping off the cliff and the rays of the new sun so vibrant against the fabrics of his hazel parachute. He saw not a cloud in the sky, so eager was he to jump at last.The Landing
He trys not to pull too hard on the parachute, though it's hard, for he fears


The DescentWaking from a dream, he stands and looks to the horizon. Just peeking over the edge is the birth of a new morning, the rays of a new sun eager to greet the earth. It warms his face as he stares at it in pure amazement. He shakes the thoughts still lingering in his subconscious from his mind, suppresses them, tells himself that dreams mean nothing when life itself is far more potent than a dream ever could be. His pack lays on the ground near where he slept, so close to the edge of the cliff he had just surpassed the night before. He reaches down to pick up his pack, and like a razor the edge of the cliff bites and cuts his hand across his palThe Descent


The PeakI'm standing at the top of a very steep mountain... The climb to my spot was long and hard. But it was well worth it... The view is incredible, absolutely breathtaking, and as the sun sets behind the mountain peaks on the horizon, my heart simply skips a beat from the beauty of it all. As stunning as the view here is, as wonderful of a view as it provides, it's nonetheless quite a dangerous place to be... At any moment I could make a wrong move and plummet to the bottom of the mountain in a pile of broken bones and shattered dreams. This treacherous peak has seemingly 3 ways down.
